The production line configurations (single gob) consist of: Servo Feeder, Gearless Torque Drive Press m/c, Homogenizing furnace, Tempering machine, scaling and conveying systems
The productions lines are suitable for the production of the full range of glass insulators, in Sodalime glass.
Line production speed up to 20 article per minute (gross production rate).
Together with the forming line, OGT can supply the full Automatic Assembling Line for Insulators, to assemble with all the necessary components and to test the effective of the finished product.
